Is Reliance Automotive Transparent with Estimates and Final Costs?
I recently got a quote from reliance automotive for some drivetrain repairs. The pricing seems fair, and I’ve heard they offer good service and quality work, but I’m still doing my homework before booking. What I’d love to know is how transparent they are when it comes to estimates versus final costs. Do they stick to their initial quote, or do things tend to change once the work begins? I’m okay with adjustments if they’re clearly explained, but not a fan of surprise charges. I’ve heard some people say they use reliable parts and do the job right the first time, so that’s a plus. If anyone has experience—positive or not—please share how they handle pricing and communication during the repair process.
