Elders Rural Services Australia Limited
The Oldfield stud has for some years now been breeding optimum performance Poll Hereford cattle without sacrificing the easy do quality of a good British breed. It would be fair to say that Oldfield Poll Herefords on recent show and sale results would rank in the top five studs that support the Dubbo National Show & Sale each year. They are simply very good cattle bred by very good people.

14th Annual On-Property Bull Sale, Wednesday 8 September 2010, 30 performance bulls

Maximise your profit margins!

We will offer discerning beef producers 30 performance bulls at our annual sale on 8 September 2010.  They are sons of leading industry sires, including Bowen Tornado Z260 (ET).  All have well-developed carcase qualities and are balanced, quiet with good skin and hair and abundant power.  Oldfield bulls are commercially oriented and they come straight out of the paddock so you know exactly what you're getting.  Our rigorous breeding program focuses on consistency in structural soundness, calving ease and superior muscle growth.  Plus the Hereford breed's renowned feeding efficiency.  A client recently reported that his Oldfield steers converted 4.2kg feed:1kg beef with an average DWG of 3.2kgs in his feedlot. We look forward to seeing you at our sale at 1pm (inspection from 11am) on 8 September 2010.
